I wish this place was where we lived (Illinois). Drinks were absolutely fantastic! My two year old tasted his mango sago (smoothie) and said “this is the best”. My husband and I second that! Drinks were high quality and made very fresh. The smoothie had real mango fruit and not just synthetic syrup. Drinks are only one size that’s rather generous. We definitely plan to come back!

This Tortoise Tea House is so great!! And we got to stop by when they had a spooky Sanrio event. So much fun!! The boba drinks are super great!!! The kids loved it too!!

With lots of quality options and a relaxed community vibe, this tea house consistently delivers great drinks and a pleasant experience worth returning for.

The oolong milk tea here has become one of my favorites . The tea is fragrant and has a depth of flavor that not every shop gets right. The milk blends smoothly without overpowering the tea. The pearls were soft and consistent from top to bottom. The drink stayed enjoyable even after the ice melted a bit. The staff were polite and worked efficiently. I appreciate shops that maintain cleanliness throughout the day, and this one definitely does. The atmosphere inside is calm and comfortable. It’s a great place to relax or even do some work. I also like that they offer different sugar levels. It makes it easier to find a combination that suits your taste. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Such an incredible experience for the Phoenix area's first Kpop Demon Hunters event at Tortoise. All the ladies behind the counter were super cool, the vendors were awesome with really great merch for the event. And the drinks? YUM. Gwi-Ma and Sussy Bird should be regulars on the menu. Used to come here all the time but haven't been in in awhile and it's so much better than I remembered. Their Taro is by far the best and their lady of the sun is delicious. I introduced my fiance to their Taro and he finished it in two minutes he loved it. Went in a couple mins before closing and the costumer service was great very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best boba shop I've been too.
